Christina and Family, I completely missed that your mother had passed and just found out about it at the month's mind Mass this past Sunday. I am sorry for your loss. Your mother was a truly good person, someone I grew to respect. She was always a pleasure to talk to. It has brought back some important memories. I am sure she is dearly missed, I remember when my mother passed away. Hope you are doing okay, staying safe and healthy. Will be thinking of both of your parents, praying for both of them and you. Take care, John

Christine and Pat- I have been away from home since March 5th and so could not attend the service for Barbara. As soon as I heard about her death, I wrote my thoughts and feelings about her to you via her email because I don’t have yours so do please check it. I will connect with you when I return. Barbara was one of the most sincere and loving people I have known - extremely generous and kind, very gentle with people and forgiving, strong in her values and in her faith despite the personal challenges and the losses she experienced in her life. It is hard to accept that she is gone and I grieve with you and hold you in my heart.

Barbara was the strongest lady I knew. She had the most tremendous faith. We became good friends when our boys were in school. I’m so glad I got to know you Barbara, and your family. I will never forget our talks while carpooling to North Adams state college. Goodbye my special friend.

Christine, my deepest sympathies to you and your family.
We are unable to be with you as we are in Florida.

Babs as i always called her was the most compassionate nurse that you will ever meet. And a friend to everyone she knew. Of course she could also be very funny and devilish in such good ways. She will surely have a place in heaven waiting for her and Adam and David will have their hands out to hug her. I loved her very much. My thoughts are with Christine and family

Pat and Christina: we wish we could be there with you but though miles separate us we hope you feel us there in spirit!!! To say that our Barbie made a huge impact on our life is an understatement!!!! There are very few people that come along in life that gave so much love and compassion to everyone she met and never had anything but good and encouraging words for all! May we all remember and inspire to be like her as we continue on in our lives! May her courage and life be an inspiration to us all! We love you ! Dad And Mum

Barbara was the kindest person I've ever known. You could talk to her about anything. I knew her from her time at Fairview Commons Adult Day. She will definitely be missed, she touched my heart.

One of the strongest and yet gentlest women I've known. Her kindnesses will live always in the memories of those who knew her. I'll miss knowing she's in the world.
