I only met Juliette once, even though we are family. Her mother and my mother were first cousins. I knew her best through my Aunt Margaret, who always kept in touch, and related all the news to her family. Juliette was a very kind and dedicated person. God bless.

Mrs. Draffen was a fantastic teacher at Valley View High School and she was highly regarded by staff, students, and parents. She and Lowell were vital members of the community. I was fortunate to work with her.

I was fortunate to have known and worked with both Dr. and Mrs. Draffen for many years. I had great respect for them both. They contributed much to the school and community over the years. Mrs. Draffen was a lady of class and talent, and neither she nor Dr. Draffen will soon be forgotten.
