Last name is Rader grew up down the street mom and dad send their deepest sympathies dad is currently indisposed health reasons but before he got where he is on Monday we did discuss Libby as a great neighbor

Although I wasn´t close to Libby, we probably had a thousand interactions and I don´t remember a single one that wasn´t pleasant. The community and I will miss her presence. My condolences to the family.
