ST. PARIS - Elizabeth (Libby) Evans, 90, of St. Paris, passed away peacefully on Sept. 6, 2022 and was reunited with her husband Charles (Chuck) and son Kermit. She was born Sept. 28, 1931 in St. Paris to Lewis Howard and Mary (Walborn) Eaton.

Although I wasn´t close to Libby, we probably had a thousand interactions and I don´t remember a single one that wasn´t pleasant. The community and I will miss her presence. My condolences to the family.
