I worked with Jim when he was with Montgomery County. He was the right person for the job and led the way in developing a modern transportation system. He was honored for his leadership by being named Transportation Director of the rear in Ohio. But most importantly he was a good person. I was glad that I was able to visit him and his wife Lorraine last year. Ken
