HALL, Sonya Lynn, 48, of Dayton, departed this life Wednesday, May 3, 2023. Sonya graduated Patterson Co-Op High School c/o 1993 and Miami Jacobs Career College c/o 1997. She was employed by F.T.I. as Accounts Payable Supervisor. Sonya was a member of New Beginnings P.B. Church. Family will greet friends from 10AM to 12PM noon on Saturday, May 13 at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 2100 E STROOP RD, KETTERING. Funeral will follow at 12PM at the funeral home. Sonya was a valuable member of Frontier Technology Inc. even though she was with us for a relatively short time. She came in to a growing company and she immediately made changes that made us better. She used her sense of humor and patience to build a team environment that had a significant impact. We are Blessed to have had her be a part of us even if it was for a relatively short time. Know, that during the personal discussions at work, it was soooo clear that her children and family were the most important part of her life. She will be missed very much. Our prayers go to her family during this time.

I worked with Sonya at Alion and many days we were among the very few in the office. It was a difficult time to be starting a new job but Sonya worked very hard to learn all aspects of the job. Peace be with her and her family during these diffcult days.

I had the pleasure of working with Sonya for over a year and she was truly a joy to work with. I am still trying to wrap my head around this tragedy. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Praying for peace and strength as you navigate this journey without Sonya.

Sonya was literally the sweetest, kindest, funniest and caring woman that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing in my lifetime! She was more than a friend, she was our family too. Life on this earth will not be the same without you momma! You were truly a blessing and I will miss you. I will always be there for the girls and zyiere no matter what! They are our family and always will be! Girl I know you´re lashes are on fleek up there in heaven and I know you bout to show them all what´s up up there. You will be truly missed. I love ya girl! Watch over us all and keep us safe! I can´t believe this is real :(
