So sorry to hear of Cap passing away. Just heard today. I worked at Ace for almost 5 years with him. He was such a nice guy, always willing to help, and we always loved when he brought in cuttings of peonies from home and sat on the counters.

So sorry to hear that Cap passed. We were unaware of his death until after the services. My dad, Harry Crowe, loved that man. He had great memories of old times.

Nancy,
so sorry for your loss. I haven't lost a spouse but have learned a few things from the loss of my parents. These were the steps that I took to get me through.
Allow yourself to grieve
Take care of yourself
Seek support
Preserve memories
Take things at your own pace
Find healthy outlets
Remember, everyone's grief journey is different, and it's important to be kind to yourself as you navigate through this difficult time. If you feel overwhelmed or find it hard to cope, consider reaching out to a mental health professional who can provide guidance and support
May God Bless you
Best,
StTeve Paul

So sorry for your loss. I know you are grieving from loss of Cap. Hold fondly in your heart his precious memories. I remember how Cap and Keith were into Trap Shooting and so enjoyed it.

Cap and I had a shared love for The Ohio State University Buckeyes' football team. I will truly miss being able to talk on Sunday mornings at church about the previous games on Saturday. Cap and I thought we could have been pretty good coaches! Rest in peace, my friend!
