Our condolences on the passing of Aunt Pat. She was a dear woman, founded in her faith and family and has left a lasting impact on all that knew her. So many fond memories with her, Uncle Chris and the family in Ohio. may God bless her and all who loved her.

I will certainly miss your mother. She was an inspiration and role model to me. Such a strong a strong woman. We became close after she helped my family plan my father´s funeral Mass. I told Pat that I wanted the bells to ring when he arrived at St John´s and when he left at St John´s. She told me she wasn´t sure how to do that but she would make it happen. I shared with Pat that my grandfather, Jack Clark, was the custodian for St John´s Church and school and as kids we all would go with grandpa to ring the bells for weddings and funerals. I told her I knew where the switches where. Lol. Of course Pat was true to her word and the bells rang! It still touches my heart to think about it. I sent her a gift card thanking her for her assistance with the funeral and told her how special to have the bells ringing. To my surprise, about 2 weeks later, I received a thank you card from Pat! She thanked me for bringing this to her attention and told me she implemented bell tolling in all of her funeral planning. We became good friends and I enjoyed her stories and she always kept up on my children and grandchildren. I have her Irish "poor man´s tea cake" recipe and will cherish it even more! Eternal rest grant her O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon her. Sincerely, Beth McGuire
