Frank Cookinham Obituary
Chichester, NH - Frank G. Cookinham, Sr., 83, of Chichester NH, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.
Born in Newport, RI on February 23, 1941, he was the son of Cecylia (Wojnar) Cookinham.
Mr. Cookinham was a Chef at Sportsman's Restaurant for 20+ years (now called Localz) and was the head cook for Canteen Corporation at Raytheon in Portsmouth, RI.
Frank is survived by his daughters, Kimberly Manfredi of Ormond Beach, FL and Heidi Walton of Gilmanton, NH, his son and best friend, Frank Cookinham, Jr. of Gilmanton IW, NH, his sister Barbara Goularthiem of Northwood, NH, his grandchildren Albert Manfredi, V, Jillian Cookinham, Mia Manfredi, Izaak Walton, Genevieve Cookinham and Isabelle Walton.
He was the father of the late Timothy Cookinham.
Calling hours will be Friday, March 22nd 5-7 at Bennett Funeral Home, 209 N. Main Street, Concord, NH. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 23rd at 10:00 a.m. at St. Andre' Bessette Parish, 277 Union Ave., Laconia, NH.

Frankie you were always such a gentle soul & I will miss you dearly. I have many fond memories of you growing up & grown up. One if my favorites is sitting in your mom's kitchen along with Barb who was giving us candy cigarettes to "smoke" (just before we left for Germany)! Rest in Peace Cousin & we will meet again one day. Love you.
