Terrance Hood Obituary

Terrance W. Hood Sr.

Enfield, NH - Terrance W. Hood Sr., 63, passed away unexpectedly Saturday April 6, 2024 at Dartmouth Health. He was born in Barre City, VT and was raised by Arthur & Marjorie (Salomaa) Hood. Terrance grew up in Corinth and graduated from Spaulding High School. After high school he proudly served in the Navy for a period of time. He was married to Lynn Daniels for 10 years. Terrance worked as a carpenter most all his life. Most recently he had been working with his son at the same time making wonderful memories. He enjoyed being resourceful and crafting his ideas to perfection whether it was with a hammer and square or thread and needle. Over the years he also enjoyed snowmobiling, hunting, watching sports and old westerns.

He is survived by his two daughters Rachel Hood and Megan Hood, and a son Terrance Hood Jr. and his wife Marissa, four grandchildren Colbey Daniels-Hood, Josephine Hood, Serenity Hood, and Terrance Hood III, five siblings Stuart Hood, Jefferey Hood, Kathy Hood, Debra Carbee and Rhonda Leland.

Family and friends are invited to Terrance's celebration of life at Chappy's Restaurant in Canaan, NH Beginning at 3 PM Saturday May 18th.
