James Elliott Obituary
Jim was born on September 4, 1941 in Memphis, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents, Casey Elliott and Nancy Heckle Elliott and his brother Elton Elliott.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Carol Adams Elliott. He is also survived by his three children, Kevin Elliott (Karen) of Memphis, Kerry Elliott Landon (Scott) of Collierville, and Kelly Elliott Oschack (Bob) of Culver City, CA. He leaves behind five grandchildren, Kendall and Jordyn Landon of Collierville, Spencer Landon (Kristin) of Little Rock, AR, Kacey and Adam Oschack of Culver City, CA.
Jim graduated from East High School and Memphis State University. He was employed in the insurance business for many years and later by Juice Plus. He was an avid golfer and always enjoyed traveling to play different courses with his many golfing buddies. He will be remembered by his family and many friends for his wonderful story telling abilities and his amazing sense of humor.
Memorial services will be held Saturday April 27, 2024, at 10:00am, with a visitation prior starting at 9:00am.
In lieu of flowers the family invites friends to donate to St Jude or The Alzheimer's Association.
