I was a client, and eventually, a friend of Julie's. I found her to be a kind, wonderful person. I am sad for her family at Julie's passing.

My Dearest Friend, I will ALWAYS TREASURE OUR FRIENDSHIP. I will miss you terribly. I cry a lot of tears and always will. Your spirit will be with me, your family and Jim. I just can not have our friendship go away. I am just numb and hurting.
Miss you dearly,
Your friend, Jackie

I am sorry for your loss. I worked with Julie in the 1980's at the Board of Elections (when her dad "Bud Nuss" was the Director. She was always sweet and kind and Bud was one of the best bosses that I have ever had. Truly a wonderful family. Regina Engle Rollins
