Helen Zapka Obituary
HATFIELD, MA - Helen E. (Manson) Zapka, 80, formally of Hatfield, passed away June 7, 2024 at the Elaine Center in Hadley. Born in Springfield on November 17, 1943 she was the daughter of the late Connie and Ernst Manson.
Helen was predeceased by her husband Alan Zapka, son Robert Zapka, sisters Erma Griffith and Jane Motyka, and brother Ernest Manson.
Helen leaves her son Jon Zapka and his wife Lori of Goshen, her grandsons Nicholas Zapka and his wife Amanda of Leominster, Alexander Zapka and his wife Nadia of Somerville, three great grandchildren, Lily, Leon, and Kaia. along with several nieces and nephews who she loved and enjoyed spending holidays with.
Burial and graveside service at Main St Cemetery in Hatfield will be held August 3, at 10:30 am with a memorial lunch to follow. Czelusniakfuneralhome.com
