Jared Rabun Obituary

It is with extreme heartache that we announce the death of our son, Jared Murray Rabun.

Jared was a generous and caring son, brother, uncle and friend. He left this world suddenly on September 16, 2024.

Jared was born to Rob and Libby on February 20,1985 in Memphis, Tennessee and was proud to be a Memphian.

Jared enjoyed so many things. He loved sports, cooking, drawing and painting, and gardening. Nothing made him happier than to share his vegetables with family and friends…except watching his Memphis Tigers win.

Jared is survived by his father, Rob, his mother, Libby, his sister, Megan, his brother-in-law, Scotty, his nieces Rory and Harley, his nephew, Rowan, and his Ohio aunts, uncle, and cousins.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5668 Poplar Ave., from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM with a service to follow at 2:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
