Rebecca Etta Crane Obituary

Rebecca Etta "Becky" Rowland Crane, 92, resident of the Hickory Withe Community, passed away at sunrise on November 4th, 2024.

An intimate family graveside service will be at 1 o'clock on Tuesday, November 12th at Seward Cemetery in Eads.

Mrs. Crane married her high school sweetheart before the couple graduated with the class of 1951 at Treadwell High School. She was a member of the Somerville First Baptist Church, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and will be remembered as a strong and faithful woman who devoted her life to the service of her family and friends.

Mrs. Crane is survived by her daughters, Vicki Nix, and Carolyn Halford (Paul); her grandchildren, Paul Michael Halford, Jr. (Hannah), Charles William Halford (Adrianna), and Mackenzie Lynn Baker (Philip); and eleven great grandchildren, Lorelai Halford, Hazel Halford, Charlie Ann Halford, Levi Halford, Presley Baker, Lucy Odeh, Charley Baker, Boaz Baker, Enoch Baker, Zion Baker, and baby.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Herbert "Charley" Crane, her son, Glenn Alan Crane, her son in law, Darryl Nix, and her grandson, Jason Nix.

Arrangements will be provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center and condolences may be left on our online guestbook at www.PeeblesFuneralHome.com.
