Kathryn Patterson Obituary

Kathryn Patterson April 25, 1939 – January 12, 2025 Kathryn Patterson, 85, passed away on January 12, 2025. Born on April 25, 1939, in Bradford, Arkansas, Kathryn was the daughter of William and Dollie Malott. At the age of 18, she moved to Dallas, Texas, where she began her career as a bank teller. It was there she met and married her husband, Patric. Together, they raised three children and shared 60 years of marriage. Kathryn was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whom her family cherished deeply. Kathryn is survived by her daughters, Pamela (Michael) Maneclang and Paige (Hal) Hawkins; her grandchildren, Sydni Hawkins, Avery Eymard, Amanda (Tyler) Eads, and Elliot Maneclang; her great-grandchild, Rei Hawkins; her brothers, Wayne Malott and Tommy Malott; and her sisters, Benda Robinson and Doris Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Dollie Malott; her husband, Patric Patterson; her son, Mark Patterson; and her brothers, Edward Malott and Larry Malott. The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, January 22, at 4:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 5:00 p.m., both in the Fireside Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home.
