Lila Dill Obituary

Lila M Dill, 87 of Hernando, MS passed away on Monday, February 17, 2025. Lila was born on January 12,1938 in Tishomingo County, MS to John Brad Daniel and Lela Mae Black Daniel.Lila loved traveling and enjoyed her years as a travel agent for Americoach. She was an avid gardener and quilter for many years. Her true passion was serving God and her family. She was a long-time member of Love Community Baptist Church. She gave selflessly of herself to each family member and will be remembered for the great hugs she gave. Lila is survived by Daughters, Patricia Love (Larry) and Rebecca Baker (Chris). Four grandchildren, Aaron Love (Taylor), James Love, Melody Baker, Nadia Baker-Watkins (Tom). Seven Great-grandchildren, Thomas Love, Audrey Love, Chloe Love, Briar Tice, Allison Love, Aiden Love and Wylie Love. Two sisters, Tilly Edmondson and Joan Turner (Harold). She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathan T. Dill, three grandchildren, both parents, one brother and two sisters. The Family will receive friends Saturday, February 22,2025 at 9:00am with service at 10am. Interment will be later at Memorial Parks Southwoods Cemetery.
