My name is Rosemsry, former Disatet caseworker at the American Red Cross, Memphis. Ted was a very kind and patient volunteer/ Diaster Action Team Captian for many years.at the Red Cross. He dedicated his left helping many disaster clients in their time of need. He educated young and old training them how to respond and prepared for pending disasters of all types. The tool he used was called, " Safety House" He also served others by traveling throughout the USA assisting families in need due to lose of homes and everything they possessed. Ted will be greatly missed. Thank you for your service at the American Red Cross, Memphis Chapter.
