Dale and Gretchen were great friends. We enjoyed them crewing on a number of sailing trips with us over the years.

A short time after I moved to Bethany Village in 2021, Dale approached me to let me know we had a connection in our love of Lakeside Chautauqua. We have been friends ever since that day and have visited often. Last summer when I had a chance to attend a party in the Harsh Road home, I was able to take pictures to show to him. Then he was eager to show me the photo album he and Gretchen kept when they remodeled that same house. I will miss him!
