Tamara "Tammy" Roy

Westfield, MA - Tamara "Tammy" Roy age 62, of Westfield, MA entered into eternal peace Monday, August 4, 2025. She was born on July 6, 1963 in Manchester, CT and grew up in Easthampton, MA.

Tammy loved her friends and family. She is survived by her parents Joseph Roy Sr. and Betty Roy of Easthampton, MA; her siblings Anthony Roy and his wife Linda of Brattleboro, VT, Christopher Roy and his wife Jennifer of Enfield, CT and Joseph Roy Jr. of Holyoke, MA.

She was a loving Aunt, cherishing her niece Denise Adams and her husband Tony of Bedford, NH and nephews Jacob Tremblay of Stafford Springs, CT and Nicholas Tremblay and his wife Amanda of Belchertown, MA. As a great Aunt she loved her time spent with Adelyn, Ava and Thomas Adams of Bedford, NH. She was pre deceased by her sister Laurie and nephew Anthony Jr..

Tammy was known for her sharp wit, resilient spirit, and generous heart. She found joy in time spent with loved ones and her constant companion, her cat Mittens.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Family and Friends are invited to Tammy's Funeral Mass at Our Lady of The Valley Church, 33 Adams Street Easthampton on Wednesday evening August 13 beginning at 4PM. Boucher - O'Brien Funeral Home in Easthampton has been entrusted with her cremation.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tammy's memory to a local animal shelter or charity of your choice.

I loved you so much my friend...We had so many Great times together...You were more than just my best friend..you were my sister from another Mister...I was devastated at your death...I know you suffered and had so many surgeries but I still thought you would live forever..I felt like I could not breathe when I found out you were death...Things were starting to calm down in my life and I was making plans to visit You and Mittens....We had so much unconditional love for one another...I know your family was devastated..I didn't interfere....I just mourned in silence...To really know you Tammy like I was blessed to do is nothing less than..Great...We were not millionaires when we met...but we found a way to make hot dogs and beans gourmet food...I can't even imagine how mittens felt..I pray she is with people that will love her like you did..You never quit..no matter what life challenged you with...You smiled and laughed so much pain you were in off..Everyone that met you when we met loved you...Maybe you will see our mutual friend Shane in heaven...You had a heart of Gold and loved Life...You loved God like I do and we went to church and Church events together..We saved so many Veterans lives that were struggling from addiction in Boston when we met....We always had fun with so many adventures...I would walk miles to get u your Poland Spring Water.. groceries and your cigarettes...I did everything in the world to get you to quit.. I know you went to heaven ..I know you are one of God's Angel Princess Warriors....Thank you for serving your country when you did...You were such a beautiful wonderful woman on Earth..I am going to dedicate a walk (5k) in your honor in the future...I think of you everyday....Wealways said boots on the ground...Praise God...You are an irreplaceable friend...I am so glad I got to meet you..know you and spend some of the best times of my life being your friend...My sons Arnold and Dustin say they loved you so much and Rest in Peace......Tammy you are the reason people are glad to be alive because honest to God to know you was to love you....The only relief I have with your death is you suffered so much pain..but you never really let anyone know..I knew and At one time of my life did all I could for you to relief your pain and suffering. ....Much love & Peace to your family they made one of the Greatest human beings that ever lived...You were brave..fearless and kind to everyone you met...I will carry your legacy in my heart forever and take every chance I can to honor your life....R.I.P.
