Roland Miller

Brooksville, FL - Roland (Ron) Harold Miller, 88 of Brooksville Florida, passed into eternal peace August 3, 2025. He was born in Ashland WI to Harold and Mabel Miller. He grew up in Glidden WI, and after his time of service in the Air Force during the Korean War he spent most of his life in Chesterfield MA as a farmer, logger and heavy equipment operator. Ron was known for his community service and willingness to lend a hand where needed. He was active in the Lions Club International for many years and was awarded the Melvin Jones Award for outstanding service. He served as president of the Chesterfield Grange and member of Pomona, state and national granges.

He leaves his wife Audrey Pomeroy, his children William Miller and Rebecca Andrews, nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, his sister Jan Demers and many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Ron was pre-deceased by his son, John Miller, his brother Robert Miller and his sister Marlene White.

There are no services, per his wishes. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Donations in Ron's memory can be made to The Wounded Warrior Project, P O Box 758533, Topeka, KS 66675
