Gerald E. Paquette

Canyon Lake, CA - Gerald Edward Paquette, 82, a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran and longtime resident of both Canyon Lake, CA and Dalton, MA passed away peacefully on May 12, 2025, in Mesa AZ.

Gerald (Gerry), a business owner/entrepreneur, worked for IBM for most of his career and served as a beloved usher at his church. He had numerous hobbies including licensed pilot, Austin Healy sports car enthusiast, bass fisherman, skier, (Nordic and Alpine), cyclist, cowboy action shooter/range master, scuba diver, white water canoe racer, marathon runner, Josh Billings triathlon competitor, and musician.

Gerry is survived by his wife, Jeanne Conroy. He is also survived by his daughters, Cynthia Hartwig, Christine Shield, Jodi Joseph and Mackenzie Greer; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Stella Paquette; two sisters, Joan Polwrek and Eileen Fuller; and two previous wives, Rebecca Fennern and Rebecca Lowell.

A memorial service will bee held at St. Agnes Church 489 Main Street. Dalton MA on September 27, 2025 at 9:30am. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Helping Hands, an organization dedicated to serving low-income seniors and families in crisis. helpinghandsgroup.us
