Age 85, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Restoration Church of Jesus Christ, 904 Vernon Dr., Dayton, Ohio 45402. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. I'm learning about the death of my friend Tinsey. I knew she was in Miami Valley Hospital and was on life support machine, but I was unaware of her passing. Tinsey and I ( Jerry Wilbur) worked downtown at the Board of Education for about approximately 5 years together until Tinsey had retired. Tinsey and I became good friends even after she had retired. I became to know her late husband and her family and grandchildren as well. Tinsey was a very dear friend of mine. We use to laugh and joke with one another when I came to visit her at her home she always welcome me with a smile and joked with me. I will miss Tinsey. I want to give my condolences to the family for their lost of their mother and grandmother. From her friend Jerry Wilbur.
