Tinsey Mosley

I'm learning about the death of my friend Tinsey. I knew she was in Miami Valley Hospital and was on life support machine, but I was unaware of her passing. Tinsey and I ( Jerry Wilbur) worked downtown at the Board of Education for about approximately 5 years together until Tinsey had retired. Tinsey and I became good friends even after she had retired.
