Mandy was such a kind and giving soul. Always cheerful and supportive. She was a friend and supporter of my equestrian team. We will miss her dearly.

To know Kandy is to love her. I knew Kandy since I was just a little girl. My sister is Mary Millonig (Payne) God rest her soul , as well as Kathy and Meg Payne. My parents were Ray and Kaye Payne. I want to send love to all especially Paul and Michelle.. I´m sure you don´t remember me but for whatever random reason I remember you both. You were the twins that belonged to this beautiful young woman whose energy lit up a room. Kandy Nevin was always there for my family and helped bring sunshine to ever gathering she attended. Please know my love and prayers are with you all... Trish Payne-Cano

My sister was my constant companion. We went everywhere together, including Vietnam in 1999. I asked Kandy to go with my to every function. We shared our bedroom growing up and Kandy always made sure it was neat and pretty.
Kandy loved her horses, dogs and cats, and yes, even the chickens she had as a youngster.
So many stories... Love and miss you so much, Sis!
