I will always cherish my friendship with my smart and funny friend, Mary. I always told her she would make a good president. She was wise and had an abundance of common sense and perfect grammar. She told me once not to allow myself or my children to be defined by difficulty or pity. I followed that guidance. So many happy memories and laughter. I never experience snow, a walk with the dog, or a cup of hot tea without thinking of Mary. I will miss your presence immensely, Mary. My heartfelt condolences are enclosed for Bob, Chris, Katia, Emmett and Stella.
