Especially your smile, it could warm anyone's heart and make their day so much better. I want to thank you for being a part of our lives, even for a moment. I want to thank you for standing by my husband's side, protecting our freedoms, and for making the ultimate sacrifice. Vic, Lenny, and Jason. Danny and I got together today, as we do each Memorial Day to honor and remember Justin. Throughout the month of May each year I think about and remember that darling boy I fondly referred to and considered my nephew. I also am pleased to have been enough a part of his life that he loved me, commonly and affectionately referring to me as his aunt. There is nothing that I can say or do to take away the pain or bring you peace in your time of sorrow, but I will offer you and your family my heart felt condolences. I also offer you my prayers that in time the pain will easy and the memories of your HERO will carry you through each day and night. I want to thank your HERO, for his/her selfless act of becoming a member of the armed forces, his/her willingness to defend the United States of America, all that we hold sacred and for the sacrifice that will forever be etched in the memories of all those who knew him/her. I did not know you personally, but your grandparents are members of the church where the service was held, and so am I. I did not remain to speak to your parents because their were so many others.
