I often think back to good times we had in Franklin AZ when you pretty much lived with us. I still laugh when I think of the nickname you gave me. You had such a big heart and always put others before yourself even though you had very little. I will always consider you my brother. You will never be forgotten.

Although I did not know Cpl. Brandon S. Schuck, I Hold him and his family in my heart and prayers. When times get tough, remember that he is looking down at you from heaven and smiling at you, and protecting you.

There is nothing that I can say or do to take away the pain or bring you peace in your time of sorrow, but I will offer your family my heart felt condolences. I also offer you my prayers that in time the pain will easy and the memories of your HERO will carry you through each day and night. I want to thank your HERO, for his/her selfless act of becoming a member of the armed forces, his/her willingness to defend the United States of America, all that we hold sacred and for the sacrifice that will forever be etched in the memories of all those who knew him/her. Though tears can never bring him/her back, we hope that our tears express our gratitude for the sacrifice that he/she made and our sorrow at his/her passing. I believe for every fallen HERO there is a star shining brightly up above to remind us of the precious gift we were given.
Your mission on earth is complete and you are now a member of GOD’s Heavenly armed forces. Stand down brave warrior and take your rightful place in Heaven with all the HEROES who have passed before.
I made a special promise to LE RON A. WILSON (KIA on 07/06/07) on the day he was laid to rest as I touched his coffin, that I would never forget him nor would I forget those that gave their lives for our country before him, with him and after him and so when I came across www.legacy.com, I thought what a great way to keep my promise to Le Ron, so I will continue to leave tributes in each guest book until the day there is no longer the need to leave these tributes to a FALLEN HERO.

I just wanted to send you a small note to express my gratitude for the sacrifice your family has given to our freedom. I am in the Army and grew up in Safford, Arizona. I have done two tours in Iraq and want to tell you that even with all the negative media your family member did not die in vain. I was reading the Arizona Republic this morning which had the 100 Soldiers that have died and was moved by the young faces and the stories behind them. Megan and Brandon were are best friends and when i heard the news i was heart broken! They were soul mates who were lucky enough to find each other and to lose him so quickly! I was very saddened when I learned of Brandon's death. My son is in Iraq and is a member of 8th ESB CLB2. I know that Brandon is missed by his Marine buddies. I didn't know Brandon or anyone in your family; however, I'm truly sorry for your loss. Thank you, Brandon, for being a hero and defending our country. My prayers are with your family. My Stepfather passed away unexpectedly on Jan. 3rd and I'm sure that he and Brandon are now in heaven together. They were both far too young to leave us and my heart aches for you. My family and I are praying for you and your family during this difficult time. We send our deepest empathy as we lost our Marine on 11/30/05 in Fallujah. We are comforted to know that our Marines are serving their country with such honor and bravery.
