Follow The Rainbow To Heaven.
=======================================
A Soldier had die out on the
battlefield;
Broken hearts are weeping For
Them,
But take comfort of knowing
that God had sent Them a
rainbow from heaven;
The Souls of the Soldiers
have gone to there home
in heaven,
Our Loved One's has follow
God's lovely rainbow in the
sky;
All the way to the end of the
sky.
That leads all the way to the
other end of the Lord's
house in heaven,
So just keep on praying and
trust that God will send us
that same rainbow in the sky;
Where Our Loved One's are
waiting For You and For Me at
the end of the rainbow in
heaven.

We recently read about the camp you created in Farmington for disabled veterans. Your son would be proud of what you have done in his memory.
Christopher gave his tomorrows for our todays. He will not be forgotten and will live on at Camp Hope.
We live in Jefferson County and would be honored if you contacted us to help with whatever we can at Camp Hope.

Holding you all in my thoughts and prayers.
The Wind on The Downs
“I like to think of you as brown and tall,
As strong and living as you used to be,
In khaki tunic, Sam Brown belt and all,
And standing there and laughing down at me.
Because they tell me, dear, that you are dead,
Because I can no longer see your face,
You have not died, it is not true, instead
You seek adventure in some other place.
That you are round about me, I believe;
I hear you laughing as you used to do,
Yet loving all the things I think of you;
And knowing you are happy, should I grieve?
You follow and are watchful where I go.”
(Written by Marian Allen during World War l )
Two lines that I wish you to keep near your heart…….
“You seek adventure in some other place.
That you are round about me, I believe”
I did not know Christopher, but I am remembering
his service. He is my hero. !

The Other Side
i'm over on the other side
where life and death softly divide.
left my skin and bones behind
now i'm over on the other side.
can you feel me there with you?
my breath is gone but i'm not through.
loved you then and i still do
from over on the other side.
i can fly. really fly.
below the earth ... all through the sky.
tell em all i did not die.
i'm just over on the other side.
it's good here on the other side.
the sweetest songs...the bluest skies.
thank you for the tears you cried
but it's good here on the other side.
i can fly. really fly. below the earth...all through the sky.
tell em all i did not die.
i'm just over on the other side
the world is smaller than a needle's eye.
where life and death softly divide.
when you leave your skin and bones behind
i'll be waiting on the other side.
i can fly. really fly. below the earth ... all through the sky.
go tell em all i did not die.
i'm just over on the other side.

On behalf of the Gold Star Dads of America and American Patriots everywhere, we would like to send our condolences for the loss of your son Christopher. As an ex-Marine and a fellow Gold Star Father I know the pain and emptiness you feel. I also know the pride that wells up inside you, and rightly so.
Your son died as a hero and a patriot, as did my son Rhys, KIA 13 May 2007. These young men and thousands of others like them will continue to show this country, yes, even the World that we will not stand idly by while watching our World become a place of evil.
Christopher’s mission here on earth is done and I pray that God has a special place for him.
My family will continue to lift up yours in prayer asking for God to comfort and encourage your hearts. We will continue to ask God to put his hedge of protection around the American soldiers and the Coalition forces and to bring wisdom to our leaders and the new leaders of a Free Iraq.
If there is anything that we can do for you or your family, Please don't hesitate to ask.

If this person can stand in battle to ensure my freedom, then I will stand in grief with his/her family to honor him/her. For every fallen HERO there is a bright star that shines in the evening sky to remind us of the cherished gift we were given – even if for too short a time.
My heart breaks again as I sign yet another guest book of another courageous young soldier who gave their life so selflessly. I wish I never found myself in a position to have to sign another guest book for the rest of my life, but I promised LE RON A. WILSON (a dear friend KIA 7/6/07, 18yrs old) that neither he nor any like him would be forgotten and so I will continue until the day there is no longer the need.

Our son Andrew was in the vehicle with your Marine on June 20, 2006 and he survived. We understand your Marine’s job was to protect Andrew and we will be eternally grateful for that. When Andrew heard that 3 Marines died in that explosion a few days after his arrival back to the United States he asked that your loved one’s name be posted on the wall of his room so he could see it and remember your family every day in prayer.
We had many opportunities to tell visitors why those names, Benjamin Williams, Christopher White and Brandon Webb, were posted there and of their sacrifice.
Andrew is still rehabilitating from a severe spinal cord injury but is adjusting and getting stronger every day. We as a family pray for your family daily, especially this past weekend on Memorial Day. As part of our remembrance weekend we re-read the USMC article about the memorial service held in Iraq on July 1, 2006 by their unit.
The Robinson family will always remember them and their sacrifice..
We pray God’s peace for you all.

Chris - I never knew you but to think of the sacrifice you made for me I am so thankful for. It's been almost a year now...but every day I think of you. Now as Memorial Day is here I have finally found a place to thank you. You were by my brother's side that day. He always said you guys were his linemen and allowed him to do his job safely. You did just that. I don't know how to say thank you enough. You are my hero.
To Christopher's family - I can't thank you enough either. Your son was amazing. Any young man who would give his life for our country is a hero.

“Paid in Full”
To Honor The Service of Fallen and Injured Marines
Marines through and through, they paid the price
Six thousand miles away, we live the life
For which they paid with their blood, spirits and bodies
We will never forget what they paid in full
We hope and we pray that somehow their loved ones find comfort
In God, in the flag, in the memory of their loved ones’ bravery
They’re gone now but we see them still…proud, strong, willing
Covering each other’s backs… courageous, moving forward
What kind of love did they have for us to be willing
To give it all for the Black, White, Jew, Christian, Muslim?
We don’t comprehend but we honor you now and forever
You are Our Marines…some living…some not
Forever in our hearts we will cherish your lives
Lives too short yet immortal they’ll be
Highest brotherhood of the Few, the Proud
They stand at attention, and we gaze with awe
Some know their names not, but our admiration for them
Flows limitless within us, between us
They sacrificed their limbs or their lives
Freedom still rings, a soft sound across the miles
It tolls slowly; all of creation takes note
Of the lives that were lost for people unknown
Out of sight but not lost; forever among us
The starched blues marching straight
Toward the place where we will meet them
Many years from now…how we loved them…
Well done beloved Brothers and Sisters…You’ve paid it in full
Always Faithful Marines, You Have Paid it in Full

Mike, Galia and Michael,
I just want you all to know that we love you all very much and Christopher, like Michael, is more a brother to me than a cousin. I cannot try to express what I feel in words...I can only say that I loved him very much and for me, Austin and Christian, he will forever live in our hearts! Remembering the times we had with him makes me sad but makes me happy too because I had the time I did with him. He is our hero and will always be remembered!

Words cannot express the feelings that you are having. You cannot use money or who you know to change anything... That is when it hits you that you have to find peace and let God help you. Christopher and Michael both are more like little brothers to us than 2nd cousins. Kevin and I have remembered numerous funny stories about Chritopher over the past weeks. The last time we talked with him was around the middle of March. He called us from Iraq after seeing the dentist. He sounded so grown up. He told us that he would never take for granted what we have here after seeing how they live there. My last words to him before we hung up the phone was that we loved him and that we are very proud of him and what he is doing. He is our hero!

I am an infantry reservist and went to the School of Infantry with White last year. I remember him as the toughest Marine we had in our Mortar squad. He ALWAYS carried the heaviest things on the humps and never ever complained. He had a great sense of humor and always kept us laughing, even when we were out there getting poured on in the rain. He is a huge loss to his friends, fellow Marines and the Corps, but Im sure he's up in heaven right now getting everyone in shape.

We are comforted to know that our Marines are serving their country with such honor and bravery. We are so proud of our Marines and all of our other service men and women for all that they have done and continue to do to keep us safe and to give us the freedom we have that so many take for granted.
They are true Heroes and need to always be remembered for their selflessness and sacrifice to better our world. We will forever be united in the loss of our heros. We are so sorry for your loss and hope our words will ease some of the pain, and maybe fill some of your emptiness.

White Family, Here I sit in Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar where I am deployed with only thoughts of your son Chris and brother Mike, the time that we spent together the good and the bad the things we did together and the stuff that has happened in the past none of it matters, I feel your pain as I have lost friends and a daughter to the Lord I feel your pain. Your son was a hero and is still a hero and will always be remember as that, NO one can take that from him. The hardest thing I have ever done in life is give my daughter Alexandra back to the lord. I have no words to tell you the pain my wife and I went throw, we pray to her everyday and miss her so. Mike your brother was a one of a kind guy, as I did not fight next to him but I know he gave a hundred percent. To the Family of Pfc. Christopher N. White;
My heart breaks again as I sign yet another guest book of another courgeous young soldier who gave their life so selflessly. I wish I never found myself in a position to have to sign another guestbook for the rest of my life. We lost a son 12/1/05 and it seems like yesterday.
I know first hand there are no words right now that will bring you the comfort and peace you need. Just know that you are not alone. My heart, thoughts, and prayers are with you all as you mourn this loss. We don't know each other, will probably never meet, but will forever be united in the loss of our Heroes. We have, unfortunately joined a group none of us wanted to join, an ever-growing group of families in this situation. May God grant you peace and strength to get through this and be able once again to smile at a memory rather than have only the tears that flow so easily now. To be so proud of your loved one and so saddened at the same time is a mix of emotions very difficult to deal with. I am sorry that I never knew your soldier personally, but none of these courageous men and women will be forgotten. They will never be able to be replaced, but sometime, someday your loving memories will help to sustain you. This courageous soldier will forever now be your Angel watching over you all for the rest of your lives. It's what brings me some measure of peace and comfort and I hope it will you as well. To his family and friends in pain, I offer this comfort: When you find yourself in that dark sorrowful place, think not only of how you will miss him, but instead recall the years, days, hours and minutes gifted to you by his presence. The one thing that cannot be taken from you is those wonderful memories that now will mean more than ever. If you ever want to talk, I'm only an e:mail away and would love for you to tell me more about your Hero. God Bless this courageous soldier and family.
