Memories and Condolences

Not sure what to say?

Dear Ann, Wayne, and Kathy,
I am sending my condolence to you all, along with my love and respect of this good and honorable man. I Love Rocky like a brother, both in K Troop1967/68.
The 11th Cavalry Troopers about 40 years ago and far from home in the jungles of Vietnam & Cambodia we took great care of one another so we could make it home to our mothers, fathers, wives, sisters, brothers and other loved-ones.----------------------------> Now once again we must say our goodbyes and continue to take our strides for the time will come our journey will be done and forever together with all of our loved-ones.
“Thought of caring”, faced with the challenge of what to do with your life now that Rocky has passed through the gateway, this might help you find the answer, here are some thoughts, you have a little more time to bless the lives of others------

Time to be kinder---- Time to be more compassionate---- Quicker to thank---- Slower to scold---- More generous in caring----

Since happiness is the object of our existence, taking time to smell the roses is also advisable. Take time to be happy. Find happiness with others. Remember, joy is a journey, not a destination.

If we live by the above we can say, as did Paul, when it comes our time to pass through the gateway to Paradise, I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, and I kept the faith.
I know that Heavenly Father lives and He answers our prays, and I also know that Jesus is the Christ He broke the bands of death, and as we continue to repent and strive to improve to live a good life, knowing we are all children of God. Heavenly Father has a perfect plan called the “Plan of Salvation”, a plan of happiness, with Jesus Christ being our perfect Brother and Savior. And I say these things in thy Name of Jesus Christ Amen.
Chairman of Funeral Honor Guard of the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment Veterans of Vietnam and Cambodia. “ May the Blessing from on High be with you and your Family”. With great heartfelt sympathy, Veteran K Trooper, Daniel D. Stroia Sr.
