Dear Tom and Andrea, During our years together at Town Hall, I learned to appreciate Marlene as a true professional. Serving in the very sensitive position of Assistant to the Veterans Agent, Marlene always treated veterans and their families with tact and discretion. Ernest Hemingway defined "Courage" as "Grace under Pressure." That surely describes the way Marlene faced her final ordeal. She will be missed by many.
