Robert Yore Obituary

Robert George Yore Sr., 80, died Tuesday, March 25, 2009. He was born in Cooke County, Ill., and was a son of the late Edward and Juanita Abele Yore. Mr. Yore was a 25 year career veteran of the U.S. Air Force and had been a resident of Burke County for the past several years. Robert is survived by his son, Robert "Bob" George Yore Jr. and his wife, Lora, of Midland, Mich.; and his daughter, Juanita Lynn Pina of Fayetteville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nalva Jean Phillips Yore. Services will be held at a later date. Sossoman Funeral Home is assisting the family. I wish to express my heartfelt sympathy in your time of great sorrow. Only those who have lost a loved one can know the depth of your feelings. I have experienced the death of my parents, a child and my grandparents. I know how difficult these times can be for those left behind.
