Belinda and family,

I will never forget the houseboat trip that our family took with your mom and dad. My parents (Sam and Carolina Garcia) often talk about that trip. More importantly, he sold us our home when we moved to Oceanside being ever so diligent in his search to help us find the "perfect home". We still live in it today. Just the other day I thought of him and felt that I should stop in and visit. I think of your family often and want you to know how very sorry I am for your loss.
