Elizabeth Simon, 89 OCEANSIDE -- Elizabeth Simon passed away Friday, October 22, 2010. She was born September 12, 1921 in New Jersey to Louis and Catherine Gal. She is survived by her daughter, Katherine Simon of Oceanside; sons, William Simon Jr. and his wife, Sharon of N.J. and Gary Simon of N.J.; grandson, Joe Digiovanni (Michelle) of Hemet; granddaughters, Katherine Fisher of Vista and Karly Simon of N.J.; grandson, William Simon III of N.J.: great-granddaughters, Cassandra Simon of N.J. , Jessica and Katie Fisher of Vista.
