To Julien's Parents,
Although we've never met I have been to your restaurant several times in Rancho Santa Fe. Your son was always so welcoming. I'm the mother of three children and the thought of losing one of them is beyond anything I could
imagine. You've been in my thoughts all week and I want to extend my deepest sympathy in the loss of your beautiful son. In my heart I feel that you will be reunited with him again. He will never be forgotten to all of those who knew him and loved him. My oldest son lost his best friend to cancer in his senior year of high school at La Costa Canyon. That was over five years ago and we still love to share our stories with each other about him. He will live on in each of you. Peace be with you.

I am sadden by your lost to the family, I had just been back there at Mille Fleurs to dine with my wife after 25 years when I worked there and had a pleasure to speak with Julien. He was so proud to be running the show we had a great time that evening. All my blessing to the family and he will be missed by all.

Dear Betrand and Denise: Our deepest sympathies to you both. I remember Julien fondly for his warmth and humor when he worked at Pacifica Del Mar. He was well liked by all. I can only imagine the pain you are experiencing, but know that the best of Julien will always be with you in your thoughts.

Bertrand And Denise Hug words can't express how sorry i am that Julien is gone. He was one bright light in a sea of many. He made everyone smile by just being in the room, he brought joy, love, and pure happiness to everyone around him. There is not a single person that knew him or were his fans that could say one single bad word about Julien. He wasn't just a son but a friend ,cousin, and inspiration to everyone around him or his fans. We loved him as much if not more then you did. I am so sorry for your families loss. I cannot begin to imagine the grief and sadness you must be feeling, Bertrand and Denise. I only have happy memories of working at Mille Fleurs over the years with all of you. Dear Bertrand and Denise,
My heart is overflowing with grief for you both. No words can describe the pain.
My son went to Torry Pines H.S. also. He died at the age of 35 in 2007 by police bullets. He also suffered from depression among other things.
Please, please do not blame yourselves. For his sake, live on and bring joy to others. Let people comfort you. He would want that.
Kind and sensitive people sometimes die young. His soul is nonw at peace.
