Annabelle Wright, 85 OCEANSIDE -- Annabelle Wright passed away Friday, November 12, 2010 at La Paloma Nursing Facility. She was born July 20, 1925 in Delaware, Ohio to Jess and Daisy Smith. She worked for the Delaware City Schools and Ohio Wesleyan Univ., Delaware, Ohio. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Willard Wright, Jr.; daughter, Lula (John) Maddox; sister, Madelaine Sheets; niece, Ann Hunt; nephew, Donald Sheets; four grandchildren, Crystal (Ken) Gammie, David (Tammy) Maddox, Lisa (Brad) Dye, and John (Brenda) Maddox; 11 great- grandchildren, Britney, Ashley, and Hailey Santana, Bradley, Andrew, Emorie, and Jon Thomas Maddox, Jonathan Martin, Nathaniel Dye, Melissa Grimm-Maddox, and Kristina Grimm. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jess and Daisy Smith; a sister, Martha Culver; and brother in-law, Richard Sheets. A viewing will be held on Monday, November 22, from 4 to 8 p.m., and funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 23 at 1 p.m., both at Eternal Hills Memorial Park. Oceanside, Calif. Annabelle loved to do many things; most of all, spending time with family and friends. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
