Happy Birthday Mom! Dad and I went and visited you today and took you flowers, some that we bought and some that Nick and Patty sent from Ohio. There is so much happening, your Great-Grandkids are growing and Nick and Patty are living in Ohio. We all miss you so much. Please continue looking after all of us, Mom. Mom, It has been 1 week now that Nick and Patty have been married. I sure did miss you not being at the wedding, and when I got up and spoke I told everyone that there was one person not there and it is my Mom. It is so hard not having you here with me! Hi Grams, I am just stopping by to say hello and I miss you so much everyday. Aunt Zoe is so excited for Patty to become her daughter-n-law in June, it makes me so happy that she has Patty there to bring her some happiness. I am excited to have a new cousin. I would love to make it out for Nick and Patty's wedding. Brandon got all A's in school this year,he is determined to become a police officer when he is 18. He will be 13 this year! Can't believe it. I will never forget when you came to Colorado with grandpa to see me and you knew I was pregnant before Dean and I told anyone ! Grandma's just know.. Hi Mom,
Tonight is a rough night for me! It has been two years now that I haven't been able to hear you talk to me. I can still hear your voice in my head. I don't want to ever lose that. So many memories of all the close years we had together. I am so glad we were able to buy the motor home and go on the many trips with you.
I love and miss you so much Mom. I will go up to the cemetery tomorrow after I get off work and visit with you. Again and again Mom I miss you so much! I wish we could communicate like those people do on TV.
Please Mom watch over our family, as I know you have been doing. I Love You, Mom!

Mom, I just learned some very sad news, that you probably already know. John Sawyer passed away yesterday morning. Steve sent me an e-mail. Please meet your good friend Johnny up in Heaven. Dear Mom, Merry Christmas to you in Heaven! Patty, her Grandma and Nick surprised me and made me cry....they made me a quilt with your clothes, so we can pass it down thorough the generations. It is soooo beautiful! They made me open up a box of Kleenex first! Boy, oh boy did I need that! I miss you so much Mom! Yesterday Richard and I stopped by to visit you, as you well know. Mom...Today is really, really tough for me! 1 year has passed today since we told each other "I Love You!" Our last words spoken to each other on this earth. I miss you so much Mom. You are my Mom and Best Friend forever and ever. I will try my best to carry on for you Mom, but yes I miss you so much, and it doesn't get better not having you here with me. So much as happened, we have Patty in our lives now and baby Genevieve. Both are so special and wish you were here to visit with them both. You would love Patty, and I believe you sent her to our family to make it complete in your absence. Nick is so happy and it feels my heart with joy and love knowing that. Mom I miss you! It is difficult going to the cemetery. I told Dad we will take flowers up to you tomorrow. He is having a hard time missing you too. Do you know how much we love you! I will close for now. Mom, I just got a call from Virginia and Bessie Pepper passed away today. As you told me, you-Mom, Clyde and Bessie were best friends and walked to school together. You all must of known that the 3 of you needed to be together in Heaven, for you all went there so close together. Please Mom stay close to me and watch over our family. Hello Grandma it's me. You have been on my mind since we laid you to rest last week. I know you are good up there with my Dad and God. I'm silly to think you were always going to be here with us,but I did. I'll miss calling your house and you answering on the first ring. I will miss seeing you sitting in your recliner when I first walk into your house. I will miss hearing you sing about "The magical fruit" I will miss all those pancakes you use to make me. i will miss all your stories of never missing school and walking through the snow to get to your school bus. I will miss competing with you to see if i could touch my tongue to the tip of my nose, a game i never could beat you at. Grandma you will be missed I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you neither would my family, your great grandchildren. But I promise to keep your memory alive by telling my kids about there Great Grandma and your stories of the farm, Elvis, taxi companies, fried chicken,President Roosevelt and a love for our military that runs deep because "We are Strictly a Military Family" I will never understand why you left and me not saying goodbye. I will always remember Jean - I practically lived at her house growing up! She was welcoming and kind-hearted and full of life! Her family and her pets were first and foremost in her life. A dear lady I do remember that kept 2 young Marines in line for over 2 years. We could count on Jean showing up at our gym to do her work-out then relax a few minutes before returning home. She brought in food items from home to share with 2 single guys away from home. Joe Cali & myself always enjoyed her day with us.
