I didn't have the privilege of knowing you here on earth, but I look forward to meeting you in heaven. Your mom and I went to school together, and looking at pictures of you takes me back to our school days. You are with Jesus now. There's no place better, but I know your family misses you terribly. I am praying for them.

The pain in the loss of a child I know must be unbearable. You may also be thinking, why did God do this to me. You know Job also thought that all the thing he suffered we done by God and he found out he was wrong You can trust in your creator to help you through this painful time as he did for Job. We are all being tormented by the same person, Satan, who would love for you to pull back from our God of comfort. The Psalmist and King David understood this and sang; "God will become a secure height for anyone crushed, a secure height in times of distress" (Psalms 9:9 & 10). He too had lost a child. Trust that God will also help you through this unbearable situation.

Someday I'll wish upon a star
And wake up where the clouds
Are far behind me
Where troubles melt like lemon drops
Away above the chimney tops that's where you'll find me

Rest in peace sweetheart.

My condolences are with you and your family always! May Lucy always remember the great memories of her big sister and the family take the time to mourn and remember her, as i know first hand, the pain you're feeling. Always remember, No matter where you are from this day forward, your angel is watching over you. I know it's going to be hard and nothing will bring her back but ALWAYS believe, no matter what or who you believe in, that you WILL see her again and will never forget her! I know words don't ever seem to fit at times like this. I'll be praying for strength, hope, faith and comfort for your family.
