Aaron is a song in the air
Looping back
Resounding
Simply
The best person I have ever known.
There would never have been enough time
To drink him in..
...for he was infinite, and still is.

-x-
Rest, my man, rest in peace.

I am so saddened by Aaron's passing. I learned about it recently when it was listed in the recent issue of the UT Law Alumni magazine. Aaron was a law school friend and we served on the American Journal of Criminal Law together. My deepest condolences go out to Julia and his family.

Dear Pollack Family,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I graduated high school with Aaron, but did not really know him. My sister saw the obituary and called me. We lost our stepbrother to a rare childhood cancer three and a half years ago. I know during times like this there is not much to say. Know that there are those of us out there fighting for cancer research and hope for a cure some day for all cancers.

Dear Julia and family:

I never met Aaron, but his posts on LCSC were a source of strength, wisdom and humor for me during a dear friend and colleague's recent battle with Stage IV NSCLC (age 41, nonsmoker). He helped me tremendously in understanding what my dear friend Patty Noonan was going through. I am terribly sorry for your loss.

We on the LCSC will miss Aaron very much. He showed many others how to fight this disease with courage, humor and hope for the future.

To Julia and the rest of Aaron's family--you will remain in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Pollack,

I am so very sorry for your loss. You may not remember me, but I was in a playgroup with Aaron when we were both very young (about age 3 or 4), and Aaron and I then later crossed paths once again in high school.

Regrettably, I am sad to say that I have not seen Aaron since that time, but I am happy to see that his life was full of so much personal fulfillment and great love. Please accept my and my mother's (Arla Cohen) condolences to both of you, as well as to Aaron's wife, Julia, for whom I know I can never express enough words of comfort.

May you all have many memories to bring you comfort and to sustain you through this difficult time.

I am so sorry for your loss.

Aaron and I played the trombone together in elementary and middle school. I still have many fond memories of our days in band class and performing in school concerts. We had alot of great laughs together.

Dearest Julia,

Please accept my deepest of condolences on the passing of your Aaron.

I know Aaron from LCSC where he was so much of our family on here. He will be so sadly missed by all of us.

He may have lost the war but not the battle. He was so courageous.

I am so sorry your soul mate, best friend, husband was taken from you at such a young age as you were just newly married. It's just not fair!

I thank G-d for you as you were the light that kept Aaron going. You were his angel.

Please know that we are always here for you.

My heart to yours sweetie,

Maryanne

I knew Aaron from the lung cancer support community web site. Although my husband was nearly 30 years older than Aaron, they shared a common outlook and sense of humor. We shared Aaron's story with many people. I, and so many others, held Aaron (and when we met her, Julia) in such a special place in our hearts. He was such a gift. To his family, I am so deeply sorry for your great loss.

Dearest Julia,

You don't know me, Iam a friend of Aarons for the LCHELP site.

What do you say to someone who just lost the love of her life? A life together that was just getting started and taken away much too soon.

Words cannot expressed how deeply sorry I am for the loss of your beloved Aaron. My heart aches so much for your loss

Aaron was such an inspiration to all of us here. His presence here was deeply felt and we will miss him so much.

I wish I had some words of wisdom to help you through this, but all I can say is I will miss tremendously on here.

He may have lost the war but never the battle. He was so brave.

Thank you so much for being there for him. I am sure this made his horrible journey much more tolerable with you by his side. You were his angel here on earth.

Please accept my deepest of deepest condolences to you, all his family and friends

I wish I knew him in the physical, but I certainly did know him from being here with us on LCSC.

My heart to yours sweet lady.

If you need us we are here for you.
