i was a student of Mrs Sarfaty, 6th grade, PS100 in queens. She was the best teacher I ever had. I always wanted to thank her for her guidance, and when i saw that she had passed, i was heartbroken. The world needs more people like her, more teachers like her, etc. Am so so sorry.

To Uncle Manny and Ruth-Joy:
I am regretful that I was not aware of Aunt Pearl's passing. I am very sorry for the world's loss of such a wonderful person. Although I have not had any contact in many years, Aunt Pearl was always in my thoughts.
