Emily Carey Obituary

CAREY--Emily (Warner), of Haverford, PA, on November 20, 2007, at age 77. Widow of John P. Carey, Jr., daughter of the late Major John Adams Warner and Emily Smith Warner, granddaughter of the late Gov. Alfred E. Smith. She is survived by her children, Emily, John, Christopher and Cornelia, their spouses, and eight grandchildren. A wake will be held from 5-8pm on Monday, November 26, 2007 at the John Krtil Funeral Home, 1297 First Ave., New York, NY. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am on Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at the Church of St. Thomas More, 65 East 89th Street, New York, NY. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Catholic Charities USA, P.O. Box 7068, Merrifield, VA 22116-7068.
