Melissa Bedolis Cattanach

CATTANACH--Melissa Bedolis. The employees of The Estee Lauder Companies are very saddened by the death of our dear colleague and beloved friend, Melissa Bedolis Cattanach. Known for her joie de vivre, she will also be remembered for her fabulous enthusiasm, extraordinary professionalism, and most of all, her kindness. She will be deeply missed. Melissa first joined The Estee Lauder Companies as Vice President of Global Communications for Aveda, and in 2002, became an integral part of the Corporate Global Communications team with responsibility for growing the company Intranet site. She also played a key part in The Estee Lauder Companies' Breast Cancer Awareness program, lending her professionalism and creativity. Prior to joining The Estee Lauder Companies, she worked at Harper's Bazaar, Mademoiselle, Women's Wear Daily, and Salon News as a journalist and editor, and as a creative director at Redken, a division of L'Oreal USA. Our hearts and thoughts are with her husband, Evan Cattanach; son, Robert and her brother, John Bedolis. Her spirit will continue to live on at The Estee Lauder Companies.
