Richard was a significant part of my life. He fullfilled the role as Grandfather to me in my teens thru my Enlisting in the Navy. He provided wise counsel on what to expect, much of which from his stories I will never forget. I still remember our first cane fishing trip to Izaac Walton lake , the ride to Florida in the Pinto and all our baseball talks. I am glad he was a part of my life and will miss him greatly.
