I first met Billy in Jan. 1979, when I went to work at Hollister, there I met Henry and Kitty, we were like family, also working with Brandi in later years and meeting Dorcus at picnics. When I went to McKee in May of 2003, there was Billy, his bright and friendly smile. My grandchildren remember him driving their bus on field trips at Wilson. He will be missed greatly. My Love and Prayers are with all of you. God is with you.
