Arlo Nelson Obituary

NELSON - Arlo, 79, of Hicksville, NY on June 5, 2008. Retired harness horse trainer and driver at Roosevelt and Yonkers Raceways. Avid golfer. Beloved husband of 42 years to Reinalda, retired court reporter for Nassau County. Loving brother of Delon (Butch) and Joann Nelson and Bonnie and Del Insko. Cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews. Family had a private cremation. A memorial service will be held by the families in Illinois. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Arlo Nelson's name to The Hospice Inn, 70 Pinelawn Road, Melville, NY 11747.
