Uncle Richie always reached out to help the less fortunate. He was a very giving man. Loving his family , neighbors and strangers. (Matthew 25: 35-40)

Many cherished memories of mine include bakery Christmas cakes and Gingerbread houses at Christmas time. Cards sent with Lots of love and lots of stickers,Gifts wrapped in the Sunday paper "Funnies". Uncle Richies joy was found in giving. He also gave us priceless gifts by telling good ole Lindenhurst stories of days gone by.

I'm looking forward to a reunion with my Uncle Richie.

I can not recall a time when I saw Uncle Richie when he was not bearing gifts. He loved to give to others. It gave him pleasure. He was a kind and gentle person as are his siblings whom I love dearly as well. You will always be remebered fondly by those who you touched with your kindness. Thank you for all you have given.

Richie was my Sgt. in the 1st Precinct for several years. He was extremely well liked and respected, both as a Supervisor, and a person. The Feitzinger Family was blessed to have such a wonderful man. May he rest in peace.
