Emma Bertolotti Obituary


BERTOLOTTI - Emma (Noonan), preceded in death by her mother, father and 12 brothers and sisters. Born December 11, 1911 in New York City. Went to be with the Lord on July 14th in San Antonio, Texas. Her husband, Joseph Bertolotti, preceded her in death in 1981. Her children include son, William, who preceded her in death, daughter Joan and her husband Joe, grandchildren James, William, Deborah, Patricia, Joseph and their spouses, Rhoda, Beth, Gary and Alex, greatgrandchildren, Rachel, James, Matthew, Jonathan, Joshua, Daniel, Jenna, Deanna, Garrett, (and Timothy, who preceded her in death). She lived a long life dedicating her life to her children and grandchildren. Early in her life, she worked as a telephone operator for New York Telephone, continuing to work until her retirement in 1975. She was a dedicated wife who cared for her husband during his illness from Lou Gehrig's disease. After retirement, she enjoyed many things in life like Bingo, Las Vegas and of course, her family. Services will be Friday July 17th at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church at 10:00am Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery Farmingdale, NY.
