Shirley Miskimin Obituary

MISKIMIN - Shirley, the beloved wife of Howard Miskimin, died on April 23, 2008 in Albuquerque, NM. Shirley and Howard lived for many years in the Port Jefferson area. A funeral service will be held at Caroline Church, 1 Dyke Road, Village Green, Setauket, N.Y. at 11:00am on July 12th, 2008. Family and friends are invited to the service. Shirley was the beloved mother of Ann MacKinnon of Port Jefferson and Paul Miskimin of Albuquerque, NM. She also leaves six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents Anthony and Laura Strumpfler and her husband, Howard. During her lifetime Shirley was a homemaker, office administrator and the Church Secretary for Caroline Church, where she will be laid to rest in the churchyard.
