Dear Richie,
I am so sorry about your dad's death. John, Emily, and I wish that we could have been with you at the wake for your dad. We just arrived home tonight from vacation. Please do not hesitate to contact us...Death is never an easy thing and sometimes through the help of friends we are able to somehow get through the toughest of days. You will always hold a special place in my heart.
I remember many good times with all of your family. They always made me feel like I was a part of the family.

Richie, I don't know if you remember me, but I sure do remember you and all those fun days with Jan and Mary. I was so sad to learn of your Dad's passing. I lost my Dad in 2002 and today is his birthday. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time. Miss you and hang in there.
