Norma Lao-Noonan Obituary


LAO-NOONAN - Norma, of Center Moriches, age 74, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2008. She was a devoted sister of Ruben, a dearly beloved mother of Patrick, Donna, Jeffrey, Sandra, Jamie, Shawn, and Stacie, a cherished grandmother of Janis, Heather, Jack, Jordan, Allison, Kristen, Jamie, Michael, Gina, Robert, Ryan, Megan, Andrew, and Sophia, also predeceased by Patrick, a treasured great-grandmother of Teagan, Brody, Alexandria, and a lifelong friend of Patrick Noonan. Norma was a devoted friend to many and treasured for her sympathetic understanding, and support. She was greatly admired for her warmth, independent spirit, and positive disposition, as well as her many other talents. She was a gifted tailor and appreciated for her exquisite bridal gowns. Her love and wisdom will remain with us always. Friends are welcomed at Sinnicksons Moriches Funeral Home, 203 Main St. (County Rd 80), Center Moriches today August 2nd and Sunday August 3rd from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Pastor John Fleischmann will conduct religious services Sunday evening 7:30pm at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 75 Davids Dr., Hauppauge, NY 11788.

We are very greatful to have spent the time with aunt Norma this past March. We wish we could be there for the family. She will be deeply missed.
